Application Support
As part of the service program for Symbiosis™, Spark offers application support. This service enables companies to outsource an elaborate part of a new assay: method development of a sample preparation procedure.
Rapid method development
Using the Symbiosis system in the "advanced method development" a new XLC method can be developed in a much shorter time than other (SPE) sample prep techniques. This is a great help for advanced users of the system. As a service to less experienced users or aspirant users Spark offers application support. This support will be provided by one of our XLC-specialists in our Customer Service Lab.
On site method support
Besides application development in our Customer Support Lab, application support can also be provided on-site. A Spark SymbiosisTM XLC-specialist will temporarily support a customer's lab team with method development.
