In order to ensure the smooth running of the Spark instrumentation or make repairs to a system, Spark has a highly qualified Service Team at hand on a 24/7 basis. The Service Engineer is well trained on the relevant instrument, and will be able to perform Preventive Maintenance, repair an instrument or instruct users on how to maintain the system.

Preventive maintenance boxes
For all Spark systems a dedicated Preventive Maintenance Box is available as an option. The box contains hardware for a number of standard operational procedures and it can be ordered from your local Spark distributor.
Service contracts
Spark and its distributors around the world offer multi-level Service Contracts to guarantee service and control the service costs:
- Level A: Full Service Contract
- Level B: Preventive Maintenance Contract
- Level C: Parts Only
